Cross Border Talents is seeking a content quality reviewer to support an e-commerce platform from Lisbon. The role requires native Polish and English at B2 or higher, with the ability to apply local market insight to ensure policy compliance and content safety.

On-site work with 24/7 shift rotation is offered, including relocation assistance. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of accuracy, stay updated on platform guidelines, and escalate issues per procedures.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise.
• Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance, and the safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules, while adhering to standard operating protocols.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform.
• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise.
• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content.
• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.
