Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a content reviewer to maintain quality and safety standards for a major e-commerce platform. The role involves reviewing content, making rational decisions based on local market expertise, and ensuring adherence to policies and service levels.

The position requires native Polish and English at B2 level or higher, with flexibility for 24/7 rotative shifts in Lisbon. Relocation support and a base gross salary are provided, plus bonuses and private health insurance.

• Native-level Polish proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise.
• Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance, and the safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules, while adhering to standard operating protocols.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform.
• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise.
• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content.
• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.
