Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Content Quality Reviewer to support a leading global technology company's e-commerce platform. You will review content, make rational decisions, and help ensure policy compliance, using your local market knowledge and language skills.

Relocation support to Lisbon, Portugal is provided. The role is on-site with 24/7 rotating shifts (two days off) and a base monthly remuneration of €920, plus meal allowance and other perks.

Qualifications

• Native Polish proficiency.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise.
• Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance, and the safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules, while adhering to standard operating protocols.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform.
• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise.
• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content.
• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures.
