Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a content reviewer to maintain quality and safety standards for an e-commerce platform. You will review content, make rational decisions, and ensure compliance with policies and service levels using your local expertise and language skills.

The role includes relocation support to Lisbon, Portugal and requires on-site work with 24/7 rotative shifts. Fluency in Polish and English (B2+) is required, along with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Polish proficiency at native level.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise.
• Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance and content safety.
• Flexible to policy changes and shifting schedules; follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform.
• Make rational decisions leveraging local market expertise.

• Stay informed about leading e-commerce products and services standards.
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.
