Cross Border Talents seeks a content reviewer to maintain quality and safety standards for an e-commerce platform. You will review content, make rational decisions using local market knowledge, and ensure policy compliance.

This on-site Lisbon role includes relocation support, 24/7 shifts, meal allowance, welcome bonus, private health insurance, and a monthly gross pay of €920, paid in 14 instalments.

Qualifications

• Native-level Polish proficiency
• English proficiency at B2 level or above
• Ability to make rational decisions with local market expertise
• Capable of ensuring policy and legal compliance, and the safety of content uploaded to the platform
• Flexibility to adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules, while adhering to standard operating protocols
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Responsabilités

• Guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform
• Make rational decisions, leveraging local market expertise
• Ensure high standards of quality while reviewing content
• Become and remain knowledgeable about leading e-commerce products and services standards
• Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards
• Ensure policy/legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform
• Escalate issues to the company in accordance with established procedures
