Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree (generalist or equivalent).
• 10+ years in site/industrial management roles, ideally international.
• Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define the industrial strategy for the Group’s operations in Poland and ensure its operational implementation.
• Manage all site activities including production, supply chain, quality, finance and human resources.
• Ensure employee safety, profitability, productivity and overall industrial performance of the site.
• Guarantee on-time delivery of products in compliance with cost, quality and customer standards.
• Represent the company towards customers, partners, suppliers and local authorities within its environment.
• Foster a positive and constructive social climate and develop the team’s skills.
