Job summary

Xylem Water Solutions Netherlands in Warsaw is seeking a Sales Lead Poland (m/f/d) to oversee our Water Infrastructure Transport segment and drive sustainable growth. Based in Warsaw with a hybrid work setup, you will lead a 7-person sales team, develop the growth strategy, and cultivate relationships with customers and distribution partners.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage complex negotiations, ensure accurate forecasting, and uphold compliant, customer-focused selling

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10+ years of sales experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of the municipal water market in Poland.
• Fluent Polish and strong English.
• Willingness to travel within Poland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for Poland in line with regional/global objectives.
• Lead and develop the Polish sales organization; manage targets and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, consultants, and stakeholders.
