Job summary

AbbVie in Poland is seeking a Market Access Value Proposition Manager to champion payer perspectives and develop access strategies for the country’s top payers, with patient outcomes at the center.

The role involves preparing reimbursement dossiers, pricing schemes, and risk-sharing models in collaboration with Europan and Global MAVP, as well as supporting MoH submissions and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• 3–5 years in pharma or healthcare payer.
• Knowledge of Poland market mechanics.
• 2+ years of market access experience.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor external environment for cost containment & new business.
• Prepare pricing studies and risk-sharing schemes.
• Analyze public healthcare data and drug expenditures.
• Develop reimbursement dossiers and pricing schemes.
• Draft MoH correspondence and provide legal support.
• Collaborate with MA, legal, commercial, and financial teams.
• Engage external stakeholders and attend congresses.
