Job summary
Novartis Poland is seeking a senior Country Value & Access Head based in Warsaw to lead the national access strategy, pricing, and reimbursement across therapeutic areas. You will drive HEOR, HTA, and outcomes evidence while shaping stakeholder partnerships with government bodies and payers.
The role requires a university degree in health economics or related fields, 10+ years in market access, and fluency in English and Polish.
Qualifications
- University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing, Health Policy, or related disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the country access strategy across priority therapeutic areas and launches.
- Own country pricing and reimbursement strategies; lead negotiations with payers and authorities.
- Define HEOR and HTA strategies; develop value dossiers and economic models.
- Lead access field teams and key account activities with hospitals and payers.
- Build strategic relationships with government bodies, HTA agencies, policymakers, and stakeholders.
- Align Commercial, Medical, Public Affairs, HEOR, Pricing, and Access teams around a common strategy.
- Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing V&A team.
