Job summary

Alstom Poland is seeking a full-time Internal Communications Manager to lead country-level internal communications in Poland (Chorzów/Katowice/Warsaw). You will work with the Poland and CEE Communications Director and cross-functional teams to implement the internal comms strategy and strengthen employee engagement.

You'll develop campaigns, social media content, events, newsletters, and content for leadership, HR, and business teams, ensuring consistent messaging and a connected Alstom culture

Qualifications

• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Studies or equivalent.
• Proven experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications.
• Experience managing corporate social media channels and digital communication tools.
• Experience in organizing corporate events, including fairs & exhibitions, press conferences, internal events.
• Languages: Polish native level. English: advanced level (C1 or equivalent), both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Alstom internal communication plan at country level.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Poland.
• Draft and develop communication materials including social media posts, campaigns, presentations and speeches.
• Support national and local communication channels online and offline.
• Manage corporate social media accounts aligned with global and local strategies.
• Track, report and analyze communication activities and media coverage.
