Job summary

Alarm.com’s Polish office (EBS Sp. z o.o.) seeks an HR Generalist on a fixed-term contract to support day-to-day HR operations in Poland. The role works closely with on-site HR leadership and US HQ guidance to ensure alignment with global HR policies and practices.

You will manage employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and HR reporting, while handling sensitive information with discretion. A strong HR mindset and knowledge of Polish labor law are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role.
• Solid understanding of Polish labor law and HR best practices.
• English B2 — required for communication with US HQ

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files in compliance with Polish labor law and GDPR requirements.
• Support in processing HR documentation, and manage the employee life cycle.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, system access setup, and orientation scheduling.
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, escalating complex matters to on-site HR or US HQ as appropriate.
• Assist employees with HR system navigation and self-service tools.
• Prepare routine HR reports and metrics for local management and the US HQ HR team.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by on-site HR or US HQ.
• Implementing internal employer branding activities, including internal HR communication.
• Other duties as assigned
