Job summary

JTC Group in Poland is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide dedicated advisory support to managers, covering employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, and HR policy guidance across the jurisdiction. The role focuses on Poland while supporting adjacent European regions, reporting into HR leadership and collaborating with the Group HR function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Polish employment law knowledge.
• Experience as HR Generalist, HR Partner or HRBP.
• Experience payroll and benefits administration.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Directors to translate business strategy into HR priorities and actionable goals.
• Support organisational design, change, workforce planning and recruitment activity.
• Identify top talent and develop succession plans with JT Academy.
• Advise on HR policy interpretation and employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and GDPR; maintain confidential records.
• Provide guidance in reward frameworks, performance and pay review processes.
• Support HR lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.
