Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions Poland is seeking a Director to lead the Facility Management business, shaping strategy, performance and profitable growth across a nationwide portfolio of industrial and manufacturing clients.

You will oversee regional teams, drive budgeting and forecasting, and build executive relationships with customers and stakeholders, reinforcing operational excellence and safety standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in Facilities Management or Integrated Facilities Management.
• Proven track record of leading and growing a large-scale service organisation with sustainable financial and operational performance.
• Experience with full Profit & Loss responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall performance, profitability and strategic development of the Facility Management business in Poland.
• Develop and execute business plans that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Hold full Profit & Loss responsibility for the division and achieve financial and commercial objectives.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional leadership team across Regional Management, Finance, HR, Sales & BD, Procurement and QHSE.
• Provide leadership and direction to Regional Managers responsible for service delivery across Poland.
• Ensure successful delivery of contractual obligations and service excellence across multiple sites.
• Drive operational efficiency, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Support growth through retention, account development and new opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
