Job summary

Planet is seeking a PMS Installations Specialist to install our property management software for hotel customers and train staff. The role includes remote Teams training and troubleshooting during and after installation, with a focus on delivering reliable, hotel‑level service.

Ideal candidates bring hotel industry experience, fluency in French and English, and a proactive, analytical mindset. You'll join a hybrid team and receive tailored training to master our systems and support processes.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality industry or hotel operations.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn IT and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement PMS software and train customers (remote via Teams).
• Troubleshoot issues during and after installation until resolution.
• Communicate clearly and maintain a friendly tone under pressure.
• Coordinate with 3rd party or internal teams on issue resolution.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach and deliver exceptional service.
• Keep the internal tracking system up to date until installations are complete.
