Job summary

Engenious is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic AI transformation within its cybersecurity organization. You will drive large, cross-functional programs from vision to execution, navigate ambiguity, align stakeholders, and maintain momentum across workstreams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in cybersecurity project/program management, deep technical grounding, and a solid understanding of AI implications for governance, risk, and security operations.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of program or project management experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven track record leading large, enterprise-wide programs.
• Strong technical acumen enabling rapid understanding of new security tech.
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity ecosystems and frameworks such as NIST.
• High-level knowledge of AI/GenAI and implications for security and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic AI transformation program within our cybersecurity organization.This role is for someone who knows how to drive large, complex programs from vision through execution, can navigate ambiguity, align diverse stakeholders, and keep momentum across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of experience in project and program management within cybersecurity and has a solid technical foundation that enables them to quickly understand new technologies, concepts, and security challenges without requiring deep subject matter guidance.The candidate should have a good understanding of how AI is changing the cybersecurity landscape, including its impact across key security domains such as Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover. They should be comfortable discussing AI-related opportunities, risks, governance considerations, and the evolving threat landscape with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional cybersecurity AI program from strategy through execution.
• Coordinate multiple project streams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders across the organization.
• Partner with cybersecurity, architecture, infrastructure, data, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into deliverable outcomes.
• Drive governance, executive reporting, decision making, and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure program outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and security objectives.
• Help shape how AI capabilities are adopted, governed, and operationalized within cybersecurity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project and program management experience, with a strong focus on cybersecurity initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex, enterprise-wide programs.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar technologies and security concepts.
• Good understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and security frameworks such as NIST.
• High-level knowledge of AI, GenAI, and their implications for cybersecurity, risk management, governance, and security operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities and technologies continue to evolve.
