Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead a large-scale AML transformation for an international financial services client. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage governance and budgets, and ensure delivery across entities, while communicating with executives in English.

This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office at locations like Gdynia, Gdansk, Warszawa, or Łódź, and starts January 2026.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Programme or Project Management.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
• Experience working with regulatory, compliance, AML, KYC, or Risk-related initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple AML-related initiatives across the organisation.
• Manage programme governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communication.
• Drive alignment across business, technology, compliance, legal, and operations teams.
• Oversee implementation activities spanning multiple business areas and legal entities.
• Manage programme roadmaps, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Prepare steering committee materials and executive-level presentations.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are translated into actionable delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate programme risks and delivery challenges.
• Support organisational change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Mentor Project Managers and delivery leads across the programme.
