Job summary

RED GLOBAL TRANSPORTES is seeking an IT PMO for a 3-month contract. The role is mainly remote with some on-site workshops in Switzerland; start ASAP and expect 4–5 days per week workload.

You will support around 6 IT internal teams, document frameworks, prepare dashboards and presentations, and ensure status updates and action points are tracked. Fluency in English and solid PMO/IT experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• PMO experience in IT or Shared Service Centre environments.
• Strong MS Office skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience working with international teams across time zones.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as PMO for IT initiatives.
• Support ~6 IT internal teams with documentation and presentation of IT frameworks.
• Assist in harmonising Shared Service Centres.
• Attend workshops and document process frameworks (cost allocation, service management, HR processes).
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and status updates.

IT PMO - 3 months - 4-5 days/week - Mainly Remote, some on site workshops in Switzerland may be required - Start ASAP

Tasks:

• Act as PMO
• Support around 6 IT internals in the documentation and presentation of IT frameworks
• Support the harmonisation of Shared Service Centres
• Attend workshops and document process frameworks (e.g. Cost allocation, service management, operation management and HR processes)
• Prepare presentations (PowerPoint)
• Help customer in conception for a dashboard* Potentially document and monitor status updates and action points
• PMO will be trained on client's process landscape

Requirements:

• Strong project experience as a PMO
• Experience as a PMO in the IT and/or Shared Service Centre space
• Strong experience with MS Office package (PowerPoint, Word, Adobe, Excel, OneNote)
• Experience in SAP projects - nice to have
• Experience in projects focussing on frameworks, automation, dashboards or KPIs - nice to have
• Project experience in working with international teams in different time zones
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Fluency in English

Project Details:

• Workload: 4- 5 days/week (depending on candidates' availability)
