Job summary

BlueSoft, part of the Orange Group, seeks a PMO Specialist to support day-to-day project activities and internal communication and marketing initiatives. You will create engaging materials showcasing the team’s activities and ensure effective communication across the organization.

In this role you will prepare meeting notes, develop presentations in PowerPoint, write clear content for internal channels, and coordinate across international teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English (C1) in writing and speaking.
• Ability to create clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong writing skills for concise internal content.
• Interest in internal communication and marketing.
• Experience in PMO, marketing, internal comms, or project roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project coordination.
• Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up materials.
• Create presentations and visual materials for team and stakeholders.
• Produce content for internal communication channels.
• Support internal marketing and communication activities.
• Coordinate team initiatives, events, and key activities.
• Ensure consistency and visual quality of published materials.
• Assist with meeting organization and tracking actions.
