Job summary

EY GDS Poland in Katowice is seeking a Junior Consultant in Project Management with French. You will support international projects, apply Agile methods, and lead project administration tasks while developing expertise across digital programs. The role requires strong PM knowledge, fluent French and English, and willingness to travel up to one week per month.

The position is hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) in Katowice, offering continuous learning and growth in a global delivery network.

Qualifications

• Higher education in relevant fields.
• Preliminary experience in project management or related IT programs.
• Solid understanding of PM principles and Agile/Waterfall/Lean familiarity.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent French and English in a professional setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in project management tasks, reporting and risk management.
• Apply Agile methodologies and act as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach as needed.
• Contribute to digital programs design, development oversight, deployment and change management.
• Enhance risk management tactics and provide value through industry knowledge.
• Engage in internal team life and participate in training programs.
