We are looking for an experienced PLM Integration Analyst to join a large-scale, multi-year business and technology transformation for a global FMCG organization.
The role focuses on the end-to-end integration of PLM and R&D systems with the wider enterprise application landscape, ensuring that integration design, dependencies, testing and future deployments are properly addressed.

Key responsibilities
- Own and coordinate the end-to-end technical integration design across PLM, R&D and enterprise systems.
- Design integration across areas such as product formulation, ingredient and packaging specifications, MBOM, artwork and labeling.
- Collaborate with PLM, SAP, MDM/MDG, Enterprise Architecture and business teams to define fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Lead key functional integration decisions and validate proposed solution designs.
- Coordinate the integration approach across multiple systems, including Unit Testing and SIT.
- Manage dependencies between PLM and other transformation initiatives and enterprise platforms.
- Work closely with System Integrators and vendors, reviewing deliverables and ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Partner with global R&D, product and technology stakeholders.
- Support regional deployment teams with the implementation of the integration approach.
- Ensure integration solutions support standardized and scalable global processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PLM/R&D systems, enterprise integration and/or SAP-related transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of complex system integration within global enterprise environments.
- Experience with PLM and product/R&D processes, ideally including product specifications, formulation, packaging, BOM/MBOM, artwork or labeling.
- Experience working with SAP and/or MDM/MDG ecosystems would be highly valuable.
- Experience with integration design, testing and deployment activities.
