Job summary

Mettler Toledo AG in Warszawa is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join the PLM/BOM team. You will provide 2nd level support for R&D units, focusing on creating and releasing production data and supporting the American market.

The role requires coordinating with Product Owner and Business Analysis, maintaining user guides, executing test scripts, and conducting training for new functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end PLM data workflow from Product Structure to BOM release
• Provide tier 2 IT support by troubleshooting with power users and Tier 1 support
• Identify improvements to functionalities, performance, automation, usability, and robustness
• Contribute to evolving global process templates, design guidelines, and quality checks
• Maintain user manuals and process guides for power users
• Execute and maintain test scripts to ensure solution quality
• Support upgrade projects through all phases until production delivery
• Conduct user training for new and updated functionalities

Join our team as a 2nd Level Support (all genders) in the Product Structure/Bill of Material Product team, where you will play a key role in supporting R&D units with the creation and release of production data. This position is designed to provide support to the American market. Please note that this role requires a daily start time between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM. Internal job title that will appear on the contract is PLM Solution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end solution from Product Structure creation to managing and releasing Engineering and Manufacturing BOMs
• Provide tier 2 support by troubleshooting and resolving issues alongside power users (tier 1)
• Identify areas for improvement with regards to functionalities, performance, automation, user friendliness and robustness of the solutions
• Contribute to the evolution of the global process template, design guidelines and design quality checks, collaborating with Product Owner, Solution Architect and Business Analyst
• Maintain documentation such as user manuals and process guides to empower power users
• Execute and maintain test scripts to ensure solution quality
• Support enhancement and upgrade projects through all phases until production delivery
• Conduct user training for new and updated functionalities
