Job summary

Bpxglobal is seeking an experienced Senior SAP PLM Solution Architect to join a large-scale, multinational transformation program for a global FMCG organization. The role centers on solution architecture and technical design of complex SAP PLM capabilities supporting global R&D and product development processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PLM and/or SAP-enabled R&D transformation projects.
• Strong hands-on understanding of SAP PLM capabilities and solution design.
• Experience designing complex SAP PLM solutions or components.
• Strong knowledge of R&D/product development processes and related data.
• Experience in specification management, formulation/recipe management, packaging, BOM/MBOM, artwork or labeling.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solution architecture.
• Experience working with System Integrators and reviewing designs.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience in global transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design complex components of the SAP PLM solution for global R&D and product development.
• Provide solution architecture across formulation, ingredients, packaging, MBOM, artwork, and labeling.
• Lead key architecture decisions with R&D, business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with global System Integrator to define fit-for-purpose designs.
• Review designs to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and requirements.
• Identify and manage dependencies between SAP PLM and other systems.
• Work with SAP experts and functional teams to ensure feasibility.
• Ensure local and global process requirements are reflected in the solution.
• Review SI deliverables and ensure design quality; support deployment across regions.

The role focuses on the solution architecture and technical design of complex SAP PLM capabilities supporting global R&D and product development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design complex components of the target SAP PLM solution supporting global R&D and product development processes.
• Provide solution architecture across areas such as formulation, ingredient and packaging specifications, MBOM, artwork and labeling.
• Lead key functional and solution architecture decisions in collaboration with R&D, business and technology teams.
• Work closely with the global System Integrator to define and validate fit-for-purpose solution designs.
• Review proposed designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements.
• Identify and manage dependencies between SAP PLM and other enterprise systems and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with SAP experts, technical architects and functional teams where required.
• Ensure local and global process requirements are appropriately reflected in the solution.
• Review System Integrator deliverables and ensure expected design and quality standards are met.
• Support deployment teams in implementing the designed solution across regions.
• Work with global stakeholders across business, R&D and technology functions.
