Job summary

Hitachi Energy Technology Center in Łódź/Kraków hybrid seeks a PLM and Engineering Tools Implementation Specialist to drive the connected PLM ecosystem from design through manufacturing execution. You will lead implementations, integrate Creo with Windchill, and ensure data quality and a robust digital thread.

The role blends PLM deployment, data management, and tooling integration with close collaboration between engineering, IT and factories to enable standardization and automation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of PLM systems experience (Windchill preferred).
• Experience with PLM implementation or digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM implementation projects and data migrations.
• Operate PLM and perform data quality activities.
• Integrate engineering tools with PLM and support automation.
