Job summary

Hitachi Energy Poland SP. Z O.O. seeks a PLM & Engineering Tools Implementation Specialist to drive the PLM ecosystem from design to manufacturing execution.

Hybrid role based in Łódź with Kraków collaboration, linking engineering, factories, and IT for a robust digital thread. You will implement and operate PLM, integrate Creo and Windchill, and manage data quality, migrations, and standards across global projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in PLM systems (Windchill preferred) and CAD tooling.
• Experience with PLM implementation or digital transformation programs.
• Knowledge of data migration, system rollout, and data quality.
• Familiarity with APIs or middleware for system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to PLM implementation projects and data migration.
• Operate and improve PLM to support engineering tools and automation.
• Act as PLM expert for mechanical engineering and CAD data management.
• Integrate Creo with Windchill and enable centralized data management.
• Define CAD/PLM standards and drive data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with engineering, factories, and IT with training and docs.
