Job summary

Hitachi Energy Technology Center in Łódź/Kraków hybrid is seeking a PLM & Engineering Tools Implementation Specialist to lead PLM projects and drive the digital thread from design to manufacturing execution. You will ensure data quality, tooling integration, and standardization across the PLM ecosystem.

Responsibilities include integration of Creo with Windchill, data migration, governance, and enabling factory automation through PLM-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PLM systems (Windchill preferred).
• Experience with engineering tools ecosystem / CAD (Creo preferred).
• PLM implementation or digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLM implementation projects and PLM integration.
• Support data architecture, migration, and tool integration.
• Enforce CAD/PLM standards and data quality practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and IT teams.
