Job summary

ISS Tech Team, a leading workplace experience and facility management tech group, seeks an experienced Platform Engineer to join our Global Technology Solutions team. You’ll manage OpenShift on Azure, automate infrastructure, and collaborate with the development team on a cloud‑native platform with global reach.

You will design scalable CI/CD pipelines, monitor systems with Prometheus and Grafana, implement IaC with Terraform and Ansible, and contribute to cost optimization and security

Qualifications

• Experience as a DevOps engineer focusing on cloud infrastructure.
• Strong Linux administration background and scripting knowledge.
• Hands-on with Azure services, IaC, and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure in Azure and on-premises with Linux focus.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure deployments.
• Support the largest ISS application connected to multiple internal systems.
• Monitor system health and performance with Prometheus, Grafana, and Check_MK.
• Define and implement security and infrastructure standards.
• Optimize infrastructure costs and usage using cost management tools.
• Manage IaC using Terraform and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, network, and application layers.
• Stay updated on DevOps tools and contribute to team process improvements.
