Job summary

HeadHR seeks a Platform Engineer to lead cloud-native data platform initiatives in a modern, enterprise environment. You will collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to design and migrate workloads to Azure, Databricks and Fabric, while implementing robust IaC and Kubernetes-based operations.

The role emphasizes security governance, observability, and cost-efficiency, with hands-on Python automation and CI/CD pipeline development to support scalable platform

Qualifications

Experience with modern data platform architectures and cloud infra.
Strong hands-on Azure and Databricks expertise.
Proficient in Terraform and IaC practices.
Experience managing Kubernetes platforms and automation.
Knowledge of security, governance, access controls, and auditing.

Responsibilities

Participate in discovery workshops and assess data platform environments.
Define platform requirements and contribute to migration strategy.
Design target-state architecture with engineers and stakeholders.
Move workloads to Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
Build CI/CD pipelines for provisioning, deployment, and ops.
