Job summary

ISS A/S is looking for a Platform Engineer to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have strong DevOps experience, particularly with OpenShift on Azure, and be involved in managing and automating cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration and several scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform services and architecture.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure in Azure and on-premise environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate infrastructure deployments.
• Support our largest application of ISS which is connected to multiple internal systems.
• Monitor system health and performance using monitoring tools.
• Define and implement security and infrastructure standards.
• Optimize infrastructure costs and usage, leveraging cost management tools.
