Job summary

ISS Tech Team in Porto and Warsaw is building scalable cloud platforms for analytics, data and AI. We seek an experienced Platform Engineer to design, automate, and secure Azure-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, implement IaC with Terraform, and support AI services across regions. Hybrid work, competitive package, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer focused on cloud infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on Azure experience including networking and security.
• IaC experience with Terraform or similar.
• CI/CD tooling experience (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
• English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, including ARM, VNETs, Private Endpoints, Private DNS, Storage, Key Vault, Event Grid, Monitor, and Container Instances.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including self-hosted agents, artifact management, and automated execution.
• Monitor and improve system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Check_MK, Azure Monitor, and logging frameworks.
• Define and maintain security controls aligned with ISS standards (RBAC, managed identities, service principals, NSGs).
• Optimize costs and performance using Azure Cost Management and related tooling.
• Develop automation using Python scripts, REST APIs, and Azure SDKs.
• Support AI infrastructure: Azure Foundry, AI services, ML, API management.
• Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and app layers.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to improvements.
