Job summary

Addepto is a leading AI consulting and data engineering company, actively modernizing a large operational platform in Warsaw. We seek a DevOps Engineer to maintain Azure infrastructure, automate deployments, and improve tooling, while collaborating with software and data engineers to ensure reliable production and non-production environments.

You will contribute to CI/CD, Terraform modules, and cloud data platforms, turning recurring issues into maintainable solutions and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of DevOps or similar production experience.
• Hands-on Azure compute, storage, networking, identity, and security basics.
• Terraform experience with modules, remote state, and safe plan/apply workflows.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions and Git.
• Experience with Azure Databricks or cloud data platforms is a plus.
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash; familiarity with monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform, including modules, environment configuration, remote state, and reviewed deployment plans.
• Develop and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Support cloud data platforms such as Azure Databricks, managing workspace settings and permissions.
• Deploy and maintain serverless services, particularly Azure Functions, and support Azure Event Hubs configuration.
• Troubleshoot networking and access issues (DNS, private endpoints, Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault).
• Maintain monitoring and alerts; investigate incidents using logs and metrics.
• Support production releases and recovery testing; document results and rollback instructions.
• Write operational scripts and runbooks; automate recurring tasks and optimize cloud usage.
