Prime People is recruiting for production-line positions in Poland under a mandate contract. Join a team with 5 working days and 2 days off, three 8-hour shifts, and 25–35 C production environment.

The role includes labeling, feeding, packaging, and quality checks with full social contributions. The employer offers hourly rates from about 31.40 PLN gross, with net rates for students under 26 and non-students under 26.

• Labeling, marking, and packaging products on the production line.
• Feeding products into the machine for labeling (light plastic elements).
• Refilling the machine hopper with labels.
• Manual packaging of finished products into boxes and placing boxes on pallets.
• Quality control - visual inspection.
• Adherence to the quality of manufactured and packaged products.

Contract of Mandate

We Offer:

• Hourly rate from ≈ 31,40 gross
• Hourly rate for students under 26: 31.40 PLN net (student status must be confirmed)
• Hourly rate for non-students under 26: ≈ 25.36 PLN net
• Work in a system of 5 working days / 2 days off
• Three 8-hour shifts: 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 06:00
• Break of 15-20 minutes (fully equipped kitchen - electric kettle, microwave, factory canteen available during the day)
• Number of hours per month ≈ 168 - 190
• Full ZUS contributions - pension, disability, medical, accident insurance
• Own accommodation + 1 PLN net per hour

The offer is addressed to individuals with their own accommodation

Job Duties:

• Labeling, marking, and packaging products on the production line
• Feeding products into the machine for further labeling (light plastic elements)

• Quality control - visual inspection
• Adherence to the quality of manufactured and packaged products
