Job summary

PRIME PEOPLE is recruiting for a manufacturing operator role in a modern plastics facility in Poland. You will rotate between three departments and perform 1–3 tasks per shift, including operating and monitoring machinery, quality checks, packing, assembling components, labeling, and ensuring product quality.

The position offers 5-day weeks, two 8–12 hour shifts (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00), 15–30 minute breaks, and full ZUS social security contributions. Accommodation option is available.

Job description

PRIME PEOPLE provides professional support in employing foreigners. In short, we recruit and employ foreigners and offer outsourcing services for our clients or direct individuals to temporary work in an APT (Temporary Work Agency) model. We are a family-owned company with 100% Polish capital.

Contract Type :

Contract of Mandate

We Offer:

• Pay rate: approximately PLN 31.40–32.00 gross per hour.
• For students under 26: PLN 31.40 net per hour (student status must be confirmed).
• For workers under 26 who are not students: approximately PLN 27.00 net per hour.
• Work schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with 2 days off.
• Two shifts, lasting 8–12 hours: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.
• Breaks: 15 minutes for an 8-hour shift and 30 minutes for a 12-hour shift. A fully equipped kitchen is available, including an electric kettle, microwave and hot-water boilers.
• Approximately 168–220 working hours per month.
• Full ZUS social security contributions, including pension, disability, health and accident insurance.Own accommodation: an additional PLN 1 net per hour.

Job Duties:

The duties cover three different departments, and employees rotate between them depending on operational needs. In most cases, you will perform 1–3 of the tasks listed below:

• Operating and monitoring machinery.
• Quality control, including visual inspections and measurements using measuring instruments.
• Manually packing products into boxes and stacking boxes on pallets.
• Assembling components according to instructions.
• Attaching additional components using adhesive.
• Collecting finished components from machines.
• Refilling machine hoppers.
• Labelling and marking products using a scanner.
• Ensuring the quality of manufactured and packaged products.

Requirements:

• Good eyesight.
• Diligence and honesty.
• Basic conversational Polish is an advantage.
