Job summary

Prime People invites applications for a kitchen worker position at our Łubna facility near Warsaw. You will work in hot/cold food prep or packaging, in two 12-hour shifts, 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00, 5-6 days a week. Wage is hourly, gross PLN 31.40–33.00, with net options for students under 26.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in temperatures ranging from +4°C to +20°C.
• Willingness to perform physical work (standing for 12 hours).
• Compliance with personal hygiene standards.
• Basic Polish communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Depending on the department: hot food preparation, cold food preparation or packaging.
• Preparing ingredients: cutting, weighing and measuring portions.
• Operating professional catering equipment, such as cooking kettles and mixers, used for food preparation.
• Checking food quality and ensuring compliance with recipes.
• Transporting semi-finished products and prepared meals within the kitchen using trolleys and wheeled containers.
• Cleaning and disinfecting machines and equipment, e.g. cleaning cooking kettles with a high-pressure hose.
• Packing finished products into containers.
• Performing product quality checks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.

Job description

PRIME PEOPLE provides professional support in employing foreigners. In short, we recruit and employ foreigners and offer outsourcing services for our clients or direct individuals to temporary work in an APT (Temporary Work Agency) model. We are a family-owned company with 100% Polish capital.

We Offer:

• Hourly wage: PLN ≈ 31.40 - 33.00 gross
• For students under 26 years old: PLN 31.40 net (you must confirm student status)
• For persons under 26 without student status: approx. PLN ≈ 27.00 net
• Work 5-6 days a week in two 12-hour shifts: 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00, Monday through Sunday. There is also an option to work fewer days per week.
• Monthly working hours: approximately 200-260 hours.
• Accommodation in an employee hostel: 3-4 people per room, no bunk beds, separate rooms for couples (cost: PLN 22/day)
• Own accommodation: + PLN 1 net per hour
• We pay full ZUS contributions - pension, disability, health insurance, accident insurance, labor fund, and FGŚP - which is not always guaranteed in our industry
