Job summary

Prime People is recruiting for a production role in Poland. The position offers a contract of mandate with an hourly wage of PLN 31.40–33.50 gross, plus options for net wages for students under 26 and other benefits.

Accommodation in an employee hostel is available at a cost, with additional possibilities for own accommodation at a small hourly premium. We provide full ZUS contributions and daily support from a coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Sorting waste paper and waste (eliminating contaminants).
• Feeding raw material onto conveyors.
• Collecting, strapping, labeling, and securing finished bales of waste paper or large paper rolls.
• Operating, monitoring, and controlling the operating parameters of production machinery (e.g., paper machine, winder).
• Maintaining production continuity, quickly responding to breakdowns or irregularities.
• Cleaning and maintenance of machines and the workstation.

PRIME PEOPLE provides professional support in employing foreigners. In short, we recruit and employ foreigners and offer outsourcing services for our clients or direct individuals to temporary work in an APT (Temporary Work Agency) model. We are a family-owned company with 100% Polish capital.

Contract Type : Contract of Mandate

We Offer:

• Hourly wage: PLN ≈ 31.40 – 33.50 gross
• For students under 26 years old: PLN 31.40 net (you must confirm student status)
• For persons under 26 without student status: approx. PLN ≈ 25.36 net
• 5-brigade system: 2 days 06:00 - 14:00, 2 days 14:00 - 22:00, 2 days 22:00 - 14:00, followed by 4 days off (there is a possibility to work on a day off)
• 15-minute break
• Accommodation in an employee hostel: 3–4 people per room, no bunk beds, separate rooms for couples (cost: PLN 22/day)
• Own accommodation: + PLN 1 net per hour
• We pay full ZUS contributions – pension, disability, health insurance, accident insurance, labor fund, and FGŚP – which is not always guaranteed in our industry
• The opportunity to view the workplace before signing any documents.
