Job summary

PRIME PEOPLE poszukuje pracownika do obsługi linii produkcyjnej w branży plastiku. Zadania obejmują etykietowanie, znakowanie i pakowanie produktów, a także podawanie materiałów do maszyny i kontrolę jakości. Praca w systemie 5 dni pracy / 2 dni wolne i w trzech zmianach.

Oferujemy umowę-zlecenie, stawkę od 31,40 PLN brutto do 32,00 PLN brutto za godzinę. Dostępne jest zakwaterowanie korespondencyjne, pełne ZUS, wsparcie w legalizacji pobytu i możliwość obejrzenia miejsca pracy przed podpisaniem

Responsibilities

• Etykietowanie, znakowanie i pakowanie produktów na linii produkcyjnej
• Podawanie materiałów do maszyny i obsługa zasilania
• Napełnianie zasobników etykietami i kontrola jakości wzrokowa
• Pakowanie gotowych produktów do pudeł i układanie na paletach
• Dbałość o zgodność z normami jakości
• Wykonywanie czynności zgodnie z procedurami BHP i higieny

Job description

PRIME PEOPLE provides professional support in employing foreigners. In short, we recruit and employ foreigners and offer outsourcing services for our clients or direct individuals to temporary work in an APT (Temporary Work Agency) model. We are a family-owned company with 100% Polish capital.

Contract Type : Contract of Mandate

We Offer:

• Hourly rate from ≈ 31,40 - 32,00gross
• Hourly rate for students under 26: 31.40 PLN net (student status must be confirmed)
• Hourly rate for non-students under 26: ≈ 25.36 PLN net
• Work in a system of 5 working days / 2 days off
• Three 8-hour shifts: 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00, 22:00 - 06:00
• 15-minute break (fully equipped kitchen – electric kettle, microwave; water boilers available on-site)
• Number of hours per month ≈ 168 - 190
• Full ZUS contributions – pension, disability, health, and accident insurance
• Own accommodation + 1 PLN net per hour

Job Duties:

• Labeling, marking, and packaging products on the production line
• Feeding products into the machine for further labeling (light plastic elements)
• Refilling the machine hopper with labels
• Manual packaging of finished products into boxes and placing boxes on pallets
• Quality control - visual inspection
• Adherence to the quality of manufactured and packaged products

Requirements:

• Willingness to work in warmer conditions in the summer
• Adherence to sanitary standards at the enterprise
• Hardworking and honest
