Job summary

CANPACK Group is seeking an experienced training professional to coordinate plant-wide capability building, administer the Skills Management system, and mentor local trainers, aligning programs with KPI-driven goals across the manufacturing site.

The role emphasizes on-the-job and classroom training, documentation, reporting, and collaboration with the corporate Training Team to implement global solutions locally. Occasional travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Education, Manufacturing, Adult Learning, Learning & Development or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in training, learning & development within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of on-the-job training, mentoring, and skills matrices.
• Fluent in English with strong facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as local administrator and key user of the Skills Management IT system (AG%), ensuring data accuracy and effective usage.
• Recruit, onboard and develop local mentors and trainers, preparing them for mentoring roles and monitoring quality.
• Plan, organize and coordinate training activities to support KPIs in collaboration with departments.
• Organize and supervise employee skills assessments and validate proficiency levels.
