Job summary

PKC Group is establishing a new greenfield cable plant in Starachowice, Poland, seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the setup through stabilization.

You will oversee production, quality, maintenance, and engineering, build a local high-performing organization, and drive safe, compliant operations with strong financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing.
• 5+ years in leadership roles in automotive or cable manufacturing.
• Experience in greenfield/start-up projects.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and plant authorizations.
• Fluency in English and Polish.

As part of our growth, we are establishing a new greenfield cable plant in Starachowice and are currently looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead this strategic project from setup through stabilization.

Your Profile:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership/managerial role in automotive, preferable cable plant.
• Strong background in cable manufacturing.
• Experience in greenfield/start-up projects is a plus.
• Experience with compliance, regulatory requirements, and plant authorizations.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Leadership style: results-driven, hands-on, data-driven, execution-focused and capable of operating in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
