Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Project Manager to oversee execution across Kruszwica, Warsaw, Brzeg and Gdańsk. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive Digital 4.0 initiatives and report progress to plant leadership.

Hybrid work arrangement with international collaboration supports growth and innovation. Ideal candidates bring a degree in engineering or related fields, 3-5 years of experience, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Automation or Computer Science is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Advanced English and Polish are required.
• Knowledge of operations technology in industrial segments is preferred.
• Travel availability more than 25% is required.

• Collaborate with the OCM team to assess project impact, mitigate user resistance, and ensure long-term adoption.

• Availability for travel more than 25%.
