Job summary

MSA Safety in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a detail-oriented data specialist to support product attributes and logistics data across ERP and PIM systems. You will verify attributes, update master data templates, and ensure accuracy against source documents.

The role requires 1–2 years in data/logistics or admin, strong Excel skills, and good English. You will collaborate with product management, logistics, and compliance to close data gaps.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in data, logistics, e-commerce, customer service, or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets in Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic data cleaning)
• Good English proficiency — documentation is largely in English
• Self-starter able to navigate multiple systems independently and follow up on missing information with minimal supervision
• Structured and accurate working style — knowing where and how to search matters more than deep system expertise

Responsibilities

• Search internal systems and documentation to locate required product attributes, including GTIN/EAN codes, dimensions, weights, HS codes, certificates, packaging data, product pages, and literature
• Navigate ERP master data views to locate EANs, dimensions, weights, and logistics data
• Enter and update verified data in PIM/master data templates, flagging gaps and inconsistencies as they arise
• Cross-check data against source documents to ensure accuracy
• Liaise with product management, logistics, and compliance contacts to clarify missing information
• Report progress against data completeness targets on a weekly basis
