Job summary

• Managing database to create and maintain comprehensive databases for suppliers and customers on a global scale
• Implementing regular monitoring and timely updates to ensure accuracy and relevance of database information
• Engaging in effective communication with suppliers and recipients through telephone and email correspondence
• Contributing to and participating in global projects to enhance overall operational efficiency
• Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization

• Proficient in German at a minimum B2/C1 level, with strong command of English or another language at a similar level
• Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with a strong sense of reliability and independence in executing tasks
• Prior experience in master data management is highly desirable, with a preference for proficiency in SAP
