Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Technical Project Manager & Release Manager to enable delivery and operation of Pharma R&D platforms and scientific applications. You will own release management across multiple product teams, coordinating with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, and external vendors to drive platform enhancements while ensuring compliance in a regulated environment.

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management, release management, or related roles.
• Proven experience coordinating multi-team software development and releases.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, testing, deployment, change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives and releases for scientific platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, infrastructure, quality, validation and business units.
• Own release planning, deployment readiness, governance, go/no-go decisions and post-release reviews.
• Provide executive reporting, risk tracking, and vendor coordination to maintain alignment.
