Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Environment Manager to oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of environments for Risk Management and GCO platforms. You will drive strategy, governance, and coordination with release/change processes, ensuring availability, stability, and regulatory alignment.

You will partner with product owners, development, and operations to enable seamless delivery while coaching teams and driving operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of environment management practices in enterprise settings.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical environment strategies.
• Experience delivering in Agile/SAFe delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provisioning, refresh, and lifecycle management of environments.
• Define availability, utilization, and capacity planning for environments.
• Align environment schedules with release and deployment timelines.
• Lead governance, access controls, and data integrity for environments.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure readiness and operational continuity.
