Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Data & Analytics Engagement Analyst for commercial pharma to drive insights across brand, market, HCP, territory and patient performance.

You will develop insights from Rx, sales, claims, specialty pharmacy and CRM data, build reports and KPI frameworks, and partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales and Commercial Ops.

With 5–10+ years of pharma analytics, you will communicate concise, decision-oriented recommendations and shape data storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in commercial pharma or biotech analytics.
• Brand, Sales, Field Leadership and Commercial Ops support.
• Brand performance management.
• Field force effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze brand, market, HCP, territory and patient performance
• Develop insights from Rx, sales, claims, specialty pharmacy and CRM data
• Build reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPI frameworks
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Sales and Commercial Operations teams
• Run ad-hoc analyses for launches, targeting and field planning
• Communicate concise, decision-oriented recommendations
