Job summary

Community Insurance Services, based in Burnaby with two offices in the Metrotown area, seeks a Personal Lines Supervisor to lead all personal lines activity and customer service. You will manage quoting, renewals, endorsements, and mentor junior staff.

The role includes supporting ICBC autoplan customers as needed and maintaining strong product knowledge to drive service excellence across our client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal lines experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service oriented with solid product knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of personal lines and customer service from new business quoting, renewals, and endorsements.
• Assist training of junior team members and support ICBC autoplan customers as required.
