Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of autoplan experience with personal lines.

• Proficient in using broker management software, ICBC autoplan program, and MS Office.
• Able to lead and be a resource person for the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their autoplan and personal lines insurance needs.
• Provide quotes, explain policy coverage and benefits, and make recommendations based on the customer's unique situation.
• Explain coverages to client with claims questions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations.
