Job summary

Insurance Brokers Association of BC is seeking an Insurance Advisor for our office. The role supports both auto and personal lines, with opportunities to learn and coordinate across the team to provide excellent service to clients.

The ideal candidate has an active Level 1 & 2 insurance license and strong English skills, plus a positive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Training and development opportunities are offered within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Level 1 & 2 general insurance license.
• Positive attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Punjabi a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Offer and provide excellent customer service to our valued customers.
• Assist walk-in customers with the help of an experienced team.
• Handle ICBC transactions; learn Auto plan and Personal line.
• Monitor, process, and follow up on existing business office criteria.
• Observe the office atmosphere and learn all aspects of daily business activities.

We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-time, auto and Personal Lines Advisor for our Office with a minimum of experience to assist our existing business, The Applicant shows enthusiasm, confidence, and active attention to play various roles and coordinate to adopt the Team’s experience to provide excellent services to office clients. We offer training and development opportunities to achieve career advancement and growth and become a successful upsell candidate with the ability to maintain positive working relationships after joining our great team.

Responsibilities

• Offer and provide excellent customer service to our valued customers,

Required Skills
