Job summary

Displate is seeking a Performance Creative Strategy Lead to own the paid social creative strategy for the Performance Marketing Team. You will define personas, angles and messaging, craft briefs for designers and editors, and drive a structured testing roadmap that scales what works.

You will partner with Media Buyers, Brand, Design, Motion and Influencer Marketing to grow the function, build playbooks, and mentor a growing team as it expands. Hybrid work model and global brand reach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or creative strategy for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Experience leading or building a creative team (copywriters, designers, editors).
• Deep understanding of paid social platforms and performance KPIs.
• Strong copywriting across hooks, headlines and scripts.
• Ability to translate customer insight into personas, angles and messaging frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid social creative strategy across Meta, TikTok and evolving channels.
• Define personas, angles and messaging frameworks driving high-performing campaigns.
• Develop original creative concepts and clear briefs for designers and editors.
• Write and oversee performance copy, hooks, headlines and scripts.
• Build a structured testing roadmap and scale winning concepts.
• Collaborate with media buyers to translate insights into new tests.
• Review all assets for performance, brand standards and quality.
