Displate, a globally recognized design-first e-commerce brand, is seeking a Creative Copywriter to join the Performance Marketing Team in Warsaw. You will develop concepts and write ad copy for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube campaigns to convert customers.

You will collaborate with designers, editors, and the team to brief production briefs, test ideas, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics. This role blends creativity with measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of copywriting for high-converting ads (e-commerce).
• Proven ability to meet performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CVR).
• Strong understanding of buying psychology and persuasive messaging.
• Data-driven approach turning insights into narratives.
• Clear communication with editors, designers, and content creators.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and angles aligned with personas, branding and objectives.
• Write high-quality copy for briefs (video voiceover, UGC, production briefs).
• Monitor creatives from ideation to testing; adjust based on results.
• Present learnings and reasoning behind creative decisions.
• Sign off on all creatives ensuring performance principles and brand standards.
• Monitor market trends and propose fresh concepts across Meta and TikTok.
