Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR programs and initiatives within a business environment.
• Ability to partner with leaders and employees on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness topics.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and people-related processes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Professional proficiency in Polish and English.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational and business objectives.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and workplace culture.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, talent assessment, succession planning, performance management, and employee development.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to attract, identify, and develop diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner with employee resource groups and stakeholders to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace.
• Coordinate talent reviews and organizational reviews to support workforce planning and development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on HR programs, policies, communications, and employment-related matters.
• Support employer branding activities and initiatives that strengthen Emerson's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Contribute to change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives that support business growth.
