AUTODOC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to enhance ERP-related analytics and data-driven decisions for warehouse operations. You will collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to ensure data systems meet operational needs and support strategic decisions.

The role focuses on automating ERP processes, managing data quality, and delivering reports and KPIs for logistics. English and Polish language proficiency are required, with opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding European company.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and DAX skills used in ERP and BI contexts.
• Strong Power BI capabilities with data modelling and visualization experience.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Automate ERP and warehouse processes in collaboration with Developers and Product Owners.
• Source, manage, and validate data from ERP and other sources including master data.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and KPIs to support logistics and decision-making.
• Troubleshoot reporting and database issues; train end users on new reports and dashboards.
• Support warehouse management and coordinate tasks using JIRA/Confluence across Poland and abroad.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to enhance our team's capabilities and improve the quality of the analyses and solutions we provide. You will be responsible for streamlining current processes, analyzing business needs, and developing assumptions for ERP system improvements. You will work closely with Developers and Product Owners to ensure system functionalities perfectly fit the operational needs of the warehouse. This role directly supports warehouse management in their daily duties and provides the data foundation necessary for strategic business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Automation: Automating tasks and supporting improvements and modifications of the ERP system and warehouse processes in close cooperation with Developers and Product Owners.
• Data Management: Sourcing, managing, and validating data from the ERP system and other sources, including master data and databases.
• Reporting & Analytics: Preparing reports, analyses, and KPIs to support logistics processes and business decision-making, including bonus calculations.
• Troubleshooting & Training: Troubleshooting reporting and database issues, as well as training end users on new reports and dashboards.
• Collaboration & Project Management: Supporting warehouse management and cooperating with company departments in Poland and abroad, including managing tasks in JIRA/Confluence.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and DAX.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and good knowledge of VBA.
• Good knowledge of Python and/or R.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, ClickHouse, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of data modelling, transformation, and enrichment.
• Communicative proficiency in English, alongside knowledge of the Polish language.
